Borrowers are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or late equipment. Failure to return item(s) on time may result in late fees or replacement charges, and could impact your ability to check out equipment in the future.

✔ Varying Loan Periods

  • Rental times depend on the specific item(s).
  • Loan periods vary from 4 hours to 2 weeks.
  • You will receive due dates and details via email from the rental system.

✔ Eligibility

  • Students: Can reserve and rent equipment.
  • Staff & Faculty: May rent equipment in person with a valid fund code approved by their department. Reservations are not permitted.
  • Sponsored Accounts (Affiliates): Not eligible for rentals.
